We headed out of Yosemite today to hit Route 1 and travel down the coast of California. Our plan was to camp at Big Sur and then spend most of Saturday traveling Route 1...
And again, we are reminded that it is pointless to make plans! All the camp spots we passed in Big Sur and most of the way down the coast were full (huh, Fathers Day weekend, what a shock). We finally found a spot on the beach just after dark and set up camp.
