What a difference a month makes!

It's crazy how fast things change!  In the last month I moved out of my apartment and in to Mike's condo.  For the first time in my adult life, I don't have a lease, the only bill in my name is my cell phone, and I'm not really responsible for anything related to the house.  Such a weird feeling.

A month from today, I'll be boarding a plane to this crazy road trip.  It's funny, I really don't think I understood exactly what I was getting myself into until I spoke to a colleague about this trip.  She's a professor from Ohio and is a person who, just by talking to for a short period of time, you can tell is incredibly spiritually powerful.  When I mentioned the trip to her, she commented on how amazing it sounded, and said it would be "transformative".  When I asked what she meant, she explained that it was an experience that would transform me, I wouldn't return the same person.  Huh, transformative.  That would be the best word to explain so many experiences this last year, and I am so excited to see what kind of transformation and personal growth this trip brings.  

Only a month... I seriously can't believe it's almost here!
